Our lists

The department holds a number of public registers. Some we are required to hold by law and others relate to the function of the agency or the laws we administer.

Although privacy and confidentiality obligations prevent disclosure of some information, other information may be accessed by the public - either at no cost or for a fee.

Lists and registers held by the department include:

• Publication scheme: where we make departmental information routinely available
• Disclosure log: where we make information available to the public after it has been released through RTI applications
• Gifts and benefits register: gifts and benefits given and received by the department at a value of more than $150 (inclusive of GST)
• Legislation: legislation administered by the department.

We also publish our lists and data through the Queensland Government Open Data Portal in accordance with our Open Data Strategy.
