Painted silos to bring visitors to Yelarbon
Visitors now have more reasons to travel through the outback region of Goondiwindi to Yelarbon with the completion of a painted mural on one of Australia’s largest silos.
Titled, ‘When the Rains Come’, the 96 metres long and 24 metres high mural cements Yelarbon’s place on the national silo art trail.
Funded by the Queensland Government in partnership with the Goondiwindi Regional Shire Council, the murals will be a major draw card for tourists to experience the region.
